Our camp is designed for children ages 3 to 6. All campers must be fully potty-trained.
-
Dress: Please send your child in comfortable "play clothes" that can get messy! Closed-toe shoes (sneakers) are required for safety in the backyard.
Backpack Basics: A spare change of clothes (including socks and underwear), a labeled water bottle, and a bottle of sunscreen.
Outdoor Prep: Please apply sunscreen before drop-off. Our staff will assist with re-application before we head to the backyard.
-
Lunch: Parents must provide a nut-free, "ready-to-eat" lunch each day. Please include an ice pack, as we cannot refrigerate individual lunches.
Snack: Playology provides one healthy, fresh snack daily (e.g., baby carrots, apple slices, or mandarin oranges).
Water: Please send your child with a labeled, reusable water bottle. We have a filtered filling station to keep everyone hydrated!
Playology is a nut-aware facility. We ask that no peanuts or peanut products be sent in lunches. Please clearly list any allergies on your registration form so our staff can take necessary precautions during snack time.
-
Please do not bring your child to Playology if they are sick, contagious, or showing other symptoms of illness. If your child is recovering from a virus, remember that standard procedure calls for a 24-hour FEVER-FREE period, without the aid of medication once the fever breaks.
-
We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items. If you believe you may have lost something in our space, please contact us and add your information to our Lost and Found log. Unclaimed Lost and Found items left in our space are periodically donated.
-
The $100 deposit is non-refundable and secures your child’s spot. Full tuition is due two weeks before your camp week begins.
-
We send a brief daily update via [Email/App] with a few photos of the group's 'Wonder Moments' so you can talk about the day's theme at dinner.
-
We have a limited amount of stroller parking available in front of the building. When possible, please fold your stroller to conserve space.
Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any further questions or need additional information. We look forward to welcoming you and your child to Playology for an enjoyable and safe experience!
